Sabrina Sounds is a BAY AREA collective comprised of artists that have come together to represent the ever changing diversity of the Bay Area while showing respect to the culture that runs deep. They have proven to be a game changer in the very competitive and talented music scene of the bay area.
Sabrina is a 21 year old female singer from Oakland, California. She began singing only a year ago after teaming up with songwriter Sebastian Stafford. They combined the sounds and beats common of their bay area roots with the harmony and fluidity of her voice, which creates a unique and refreshing sound they like to call “Trap Ballads”.
Rapper, producer and artistic director, Sebastian Stafford is the collective’s songwriter. Known by most as C-bass, Sebastian Stafford has been a affluent figure in the Bay Area hip hop scene for over 5 years. The two met through mutual friends and established a friendship of their own. During the course of their friendship they realized their musical chemistry and have been in the studio ever since.
Andrew Bearford, the collectives producer is 20-year-old musical prodigy. At such a young age he has already been involved with music for over a decade. Combining his Bay Area roots with his traditional training he is a quintessential part of the “Trap Ballads” sound.
In their first year, Sabrina Sounds has managed to collaborate with some the Bay Area’s top rising artist such as YMTK, Elujay, Drew Banga and &company. Sabrina Sounds has recorded their entire project at the prestigious The Grill Recording Studios, followed by mastering at Dolby Laboratories.
